What are your fitness goals for 2016?

From going down a clothes size to running a marathon. Any goal to do with fitness and health is worth your while . So what are your goals this year and how are you going to tackle them?

So my goals for this year are to drop the dress size, go dry slope skiing, go on a segway and generally do things that are more active. Living by the coast i think long walks with the hubby should be on the list too!0

I did Go Ape last year and really struggled. I want to go back later this year and prove to myself that I can complete the whole course!0

That's a great goal to have. I would love to give that a go but i have shoulder injuries. Might be possible with weight loss and the right physio/ strengthening exercise .
