I tried the Isagenix close to a year ago and I lost 20 pounds or so and was very excited. Sadly I did not follow through and ended up gaining it all back and more. I just placed my order for the 30 day supply that my wife and I will be splitting and I hope to start tomorrow when it arrives. I weigh 224 and I would love to get back down to 160ish but I will be happy if I hit 180. Please feel free to add me as a friend for mutual support as I will probably need accountability partners to keep me on track the first few days as my body detoxes from sugar which will cause me to try to eat my desk.
