I tried the Isagenix close to a year ago and I lost 20 pounds or so and was very excited. Sadly I did not follow through and ended up gaining it all back and more. I just placed my order for the 30 day supply that my wife and I will be splitting and I hope to start tomorrow when it arrives. I weigh 224 and I would love to get back down to 160ish but I will be happy if I hit 180. Please feel free to add me as a friend for mutual support as I will probably need accountability partners to keep me on track the first few days as my body detoxes from sugar which will cause me to try to eat my desk.

    Good luck! I just finished my first week, and am cleansing for the first time tomorrow.

    I remember the cleanse being not too bad. But at the time I did this last year, I was working graveyard shift at a casino.
