Yesterday's goals
Snacking - there was a crisp/chips situation
Walking - way to wet
Sensible choices- this was really tough but I made it. Defiantly felt the peer pressure
Washing- yes because I am a grown up.
Today's adventure
You make a meal plan , you stick to the meal plan
Lunch time walk will be round the supermarket
Water and swap out at least 2 coffees with mint tea.

Yesterday- not great but not bad
Did not walk
After I logged under went over on some chinese treats. ugh. but all protein and fiber goals were met.
water - 13 glasses so hit my goals there.
Today- scale immediately shows it. Nothing like glucose stores.
5K run - done

I hit my goals yesterday. Keeping going strong!
goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 12k steps

well I blew it on the protein yesterday and I feel it today. If you get less than half what you need you have no energy.

4.Do a trial run on the route to take for jury duty just in case. LOL

Good morning! Hit all my goals yesterday and finally saw the scale drop! Yay, it can be demotivating when doing things right and the scale moves in the wrong direction. But I knew it would drop and stayed on course.
Skipped the gym this morning and did yoga before work. My body was so physically exhausted last night. After my morning strength training and then a killer HIIT class last night I was so done. So a good hot shower and off to bed, and got up to do some stretching and yoga. Today will be a much needed rest day.
Got my program from my new coach yesterday, excited to get on with that. He upped my calories based on my activity level. That makes me nervous but we will see what happens.
Todays goals:
eat within calories
drink lots of water
stretching - done
rest

Great job everyone for keeping the daily threads going and for all your wonderful accomplishments!!!!
Yesterday was half great and half bad. Things were running smoothly but late in the afternoon I bruised my gums while eating, inflammation soon followed and after not taking a single medicine for almost 2 years, I resorted to ibuprofen. To say I felt drowsy is an understatement. The way I see it, my daily activity was over as soon as that medicine started working.
I'm grateful to feel good today and hopefully not have extra repercussions from yesterday. The plan is to get back on schedule with training, drink my water, eat good and have a lovely day!!!
