Stress Relief

New thread if you have ideas for relieving stress or are looking for some relief. What's you best ways of coping?

I just found this 30-day video "Yoga Camp." Each day has a new theme and Day 1 is "I Accept." I recently started teaching myself yoga for the physical benefits but this week I realized I really need the mental health benefits too. So today begins a deliberate practice to comfort my mind thru yoga and other forms of exercise.

    Pam -- your yoga post is 6 years old! I'd love to know about your yoga journey and learn how it has helped you to de-stress. For me, yoga is only a 3-year habit so far and I'm building toward a 5-day/week practice. I'm old enough to need to work on bone strength (osteopenia) so I'm learning the 12-pose flow for preventing & even reversing osteoporosis (Dr. Fishman's Method - 12 Poses vs Osteoporosis -- on YouTube).
