Sunday 6/30 - Sunday Commitments

Just about weighed in this morning before I realized I don't need to do that anymore. Happy Sunday everyone!
I had a little homework from my trainer to do today so I went to the gym early for some light cardio and to do my homework. My right calf and my left hip are both sore so I just did 10 slow minutes on the treadmill at the gym, my 4 strength training exercises, and I'm going to kind of rest the remainder of the day. Do a little housework but mostly let my body rest & heal. When I'm less active I do want to eat more so I need to watch that. Tomorrow night my trainer weighs me in so that will hopefully keep me in check.

Happy Sunday! I'm going to get out and run a little today and also help my daughter with her bike-riding skills. My husband and I decided to cancel our cable service today, which is going to be a HUGE lifestyle change for our family! I'm looking forward to getting more active and having more family time, but I think at times it will be a tough transition. We'll see how it goes!0

I cancelled my cable a couple years ago and rarely miss it. I get by with Hulu, Netflix & free TV. When there's something on cable I want to watch I haul myself down to the gym so I can watch while I walk on the treadmill!0

Today I fished, napped, gardened, and grilled!0
