Well doing a split shift so I just came home to exercise and eat and go back to work so I figured i'd say Good morning to everyone!!!!

I did not overeat by 7000 calories so this 2 lb gain is not gonna get the best of me!
Goals: Eat properly - nutrition-water-100 calories less - cause it's a rest day!

Happy Friday everyone! Woo hoo!
Yesterday I did really well. I was up at 5am to get to the gym before work, and after work I did a mall walk. Eating was good too. The scale isn't being really kind as it has stayed exactly the same for a while now.
Today's plan is to watch the calories carefully, lots of water and to get at least 10K in steps.0 -

Had a good day yesterday. Hit my goals. My weight is still bouncing around. I'd just like it to make up its mind...
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 12k steps

It encourages me that I am not the only one who is struggling with the scale. I'm trying to focus on how my clothes are fitting more loosely, and how much stronger I feel. But...the scale : (
Anyway, I guess it's a good day to focus on NSV's, so I'll make that my goal. I want to think of at least 3 today. I am taking a rest day from working out. I plan to eat within my calories. My college daughter is coming home for the weekend, and I am soooo happy about that and planning to make some delish healthy vegetarian meals while she's here. : )

Yesterday went well with my goals! My new flex arrived, yesssssss! The pound that keeps coming and going is finally goal, yesssss! Since the beginning of the year, it's been up 2 pounds down a pound up down,. I'm only 8 pounds from my highest maintence wieght, ugh!

Happy Friday!! Finally its here, its been a looong week.
Met my goals yesterday, but missing the gym after being there daily felt wrong. I don't want to start slipping so I think even my rest day I will go if only to walk the track.
Sounds like many of us are having scale issues, that is when it's important to focus on all you are doing right, use other benchmarks such as increase in strength, energy, confidence. Are your clothes fitter better or even getting loose? There is much measures of success than simply a number on a scale. I will admit I can get scale addicted but I am much better at managing my expectations on that number.

hydrate
strength training - done
cardio training - done
have a nice relaxing evening

Good job everyone! Take away the scale's power, it's all about focusing on the things we can control!!
After having my dental issues on Wednesday and being lazy, yesterday was a great comeback daymy workout was lovely, food intake and water were a match. I was even able to bang out 10 chin-ups through the day
Today I'm resting so it's all about doing the basics, walk, eat good and drink plenty. I made progress since the last milestone and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Yesterday's adventure
You make a meal plan , you stick to the meal plan
You don't go buying calorific desserts just because they are 20 pence
Lunch time walk will be round the supermarket
Sun was shining so had actual walk instead
Water and swap out at least 2 coffees with mint tea
Well lots of water anyway
I am a bit late to this today and am having workout envy which has never happened to me before. I will have to do something about that. But today ( it's almost over) the plan is and was to stay with in calories despite the bad breakfast and not to snack at game tonight
Tomorrow will be better
