Hello everyone! I am trying to lose weight but unfortunately I keep losing the motivation to do it. I have very good reasoning,m to lose weight, but at the same time I can slack off so easily! I really need the support!

I'll stay motivated for about a week or so. And then I'll forget one day and I won't start back up again. So I've set multiple alarms with intervals ranging from 1 to five minutes,so that it keeps annoying me to start each exercise and to keep going until next alarm with the next exercise. Once I start, I'll turn off all the alarms after doing each set of whichever exercise I will be doing that day. Hopefully that made sense.0
