What makes the gym good for you and are you fully happy with all the equipment?

So for me I love my gym but there are days where equipment has been used wrongly, or weights not put back in right places or machines out of order because people have decided to brake them because they think they can lift heavy and they have to show off when really they load it up too much then break the machine when they come to releasing the weight. Do you see the same at your gyms and what bugs you about your gym?
