So what workout is everyone doing to lose that last bit of weight? I'm doing Insanity I'm on my 2nd week day 3.

Insanity is great! I just started doing cross fit at the gym! It's so much fun and gives you a great workout!!0

INSANITY IS A WORKOUT WITH A BUNCH OF DVDS, you use a different DVD every day! Its extremely intense but it works!!! you can get it on Amazon, eBay (thats where i got mines, way cheaper) beachbody.com. You can Google ithi guys. please whats insanity? is it like a workout plan and where can i get it?0

Insanity, Turbo Fire, & The Gym. When I go to the gym I hit the treadmill and run and walk. I also use the stationary bike, elliptical and lift some weights to help tone.0

3-5 miles on the treadmill followed by high resistance elliptical.
Might start weight training as well.0 -
I play roller derby and have 2 hour practices 2-3 days per week and I try to run at least 4 days per week.0
