Just maybe there is someone out there close enough to being like me that we can encourage one another along. I can accept the fact that something's got to change if I want to have a change and I am the only one that can do it. I have fibromyalgia that makes it really difficult to be active but I have GOT to do as much as possible to get my health back!! I do live in the country and am going to start back walking TODAY!! I may not can do like I once did, but I have got to do what I can NOW... I'm married, with a teenage daughter at home as well as having grown kids and grandchildren.
