Yesterday, I ran a mile. I should tell you, I hate to run, so much I can't describe. It is a constant joke that if you see me running, you better follow me because something is going on. But my son wants to join track next year, and I wanted some exercise, and lets face it, I would do anything for the kid. So we went to the green way and for a mile, I ran. Then we walked a mile back because I did not want to die. Only to get home later and look at my fitness tracker to be told I walked at a brisk pace for a mile. (the mile back was only moderate pace) What the heck? I know I ran! Guess that will have to be enough!

A mile is a mile either way so good for you no matter what your tracker says!
