Wow! Here we are in February and I am CRAZY busy both at work and at home to prep for our upcoming cruise, we leave tomorrow evening!
Somehow I am still at 167 pounds I was wondering if my scale was wrong, but actually all my measurements are the same...not quite sure what is going on with my body??? Hopefully, this upcoming cruise will shock my system and I can get things moving again in the right direction!
I will probably miss the next couple weeks since my visits to MFP will probably be a bit sporadic! Have a GREAT February!
And just in case I forget or miss it: Happy Groundhogs Day, Happy Super bowl, Happy Chinese New Year, Happy Fat Tuesday, Happy Valentines day and Happy President's day!0 -
@Rgianola nicely done!! Awesome progress
@MsMarlaJean you mentioned weighing in exactly the same each time in the last thread, didn't you? Perhaps a new battery in the scale and/or testing with something of known weight would be worth doing? I know how discouraging it can be to not even see a fluctuation!

HW: 140 (2014)
CSW: 116
CW: 113
I've seen the scale hesitate at 112.5 a few times before settling on 113/113.5, so I suspect with the right circumstances I would really see it (managed sodium, lots of water and fiber, etc). Hopefully soon!

Yes @macgurlnet you are right according to my scale I've been at the same weight since the start of this challenge, however there was one week I did not weigh in and probably gained, so I was not surprised that it was the same, but now I agree with you, when I get back from vacation I will run some tests on the scale and probably change out the batteries for sure! I hope you hit that 112.5 solidly!0
