Well. It's cloudy here so just a few more weeks of winter which has felt more like fall in the NorthEast.

Yesterday- On target - Hit all goals
Today- I couldn't resist the scale..daily weigher..and it has slight movement down which is a good thing!

Walk at lunch
Nutrition
Go for 3/4 gallon water
Stay within calories
HIT
Eat before a birthday party tonight.
Make some healthy cookies for the party - oats, less sugar, walnuts - 1/2 whole wheat.

    Hit my goals yesterday. Just keeping on moving.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. 3 mile run

    I had a terrible eating day yesterday. I came home from work and started eating whatever I wanted. Not good. But I logged it. Ugh.
    Today's sole goal is: pay attention to mood and make sure I am not eating from boredom or anxiety when I get home. I have a list on my cell phone of alternative things to do in those instances. I plan to look at the list and choose something else. Also, move forward-- can't change yesterday, can make today different!
    Secondary goals: work out at the YMCA on my way home, eat what I already logged for today.

    Happy Groundhog Day! Not daylight here for another couple of hours, so don't know the verdict yet lol
    Had a good day yesterday, nailed nutrition and exercise but had a wicked headache from noon on. Very exhausted last night.
    @deejkush those days happen to us all, recognize it, own it and move on, today's a new day :)

    Today's goals:
    stay within calories
    water up
    try to up protein
    strength training - done
    remember to add flax to my foods

    It's one of those days that if it was in March you would say Oh yes spring is coming. You just have to keep reminding yourself it's only February and we are still in winter.

    I pulled something this weekend my shoulder is still sore and my lower back feels better but not great.

    1. eat healthy protein
    2. rest I feel really tired
    3. exercise low intensity

    Low on food and protein yesterday.

    3. Test new workout equipment (done)
    4. Read up on squat technique (in progress)

    Good afternoon everyone!!!
    I fixed the date issue :)
    Yesterday I was ok with everything and had some nice accomplishments.
    Today I plan on working out and covering all the basics. I'm a bit nervous and anxious because I made some decisions and now it's time to act on them.

    Evening All
    Today went according to plan. It was a struggle as I was hungry all day but I kept to the plan. Failed with the washing but will put it on now and hang it up in the morning.
    Tomorrow is a day to take it a it easier and enjoy the absence of the sugar hangover so:

    Water water water
    Stick to the meal plan
    20 min walk at lunch time
