    Hi guys. I will try to keep up better this month. January had some really hard weather changes that stopped me in my tracks. I really hate Arthur Itis. I swear he is a stalker ;):D

    Vicky you asked about our weather. Some days it is rainy and windy. And by windy I mean upwards of 40 mph winds along with the rain. And then a sunny day in the middle of a week of rain. That is why the arthritis has really been bothering me. It is the constant pressure changes. As for snow we have had a half inch since December.

    Not walking weather for sure. Hope your arthritis is better. I don't like wind either. Hope your weather improves. Your getting in some good miles in spite of it all.
