Hi guys. I will try to keep up better this month. January had some really hard weather changes that stopped me in my tracks. I really hate Arthur Itis. I swear he is a stalker

February 1--4.74 miles
February 2--6.24 miles
February 3--6.55 miles
February 4--7.02 miles
February 5--5.70 miles
February 6--4.86 miles
I count every step I take...besides walking my dogs, I am active in all my chores and activities during the day.

Vicky you asked about our weather. Some days it is rainy and windy. And by windy I mean upwards of 40 mph winds along with the rain. And then a sunny day in the middle of a week of rain. That is why the arthritis has really been bothering me. It is the constant pressure changes. As for snow we have had a half inch since December.0 -
