Projected burn

Can someone please clarify for me if we can turn off or adjust the projected burn? I work out (run, long walk, step class) in the morning so my projected amount of activity gives me x amount of projected calories, which steadily declines during the day. I am set to lightly active, and get about 10000 steps a day, mostly before noon.
I have read faq, but didn't see/ or understand about the fitbit dynamic adjustments down after an active morning.
Thank you for your time and help.

Are you talking about the "Calories Remaining" on the Fitbit dashboard? If so, change it in the "Food" log page from "Personalized" to "Sedentary". That won't affect anything on the MFP side.

If you're finding that your Calories Remaining on MFP decrease after your active morning, then you probably want to reduce your MFP activity level to whatever is appropriate for the rest of your day. If you're sedentary except for when you work out in the morning then change it to Sedentary and your estimated calorie burn for the rest of the day will be much closer to matching your actual calorie burn and your calories remaining will be fairly stable.

Remember, the MFP activity level is supposed to be your non-exercise activity level. Some people set it higher so that they can get a minimal adjustment at the end of the day and be better able to pre-plan their food, but that results in what you're seeing. For those of use who treasure every calorie, seeing that number go down can be discouraging and we'd rather set our activity level to sedentary and get a big adjustment.

"Treasure every calorie" - love it!

Was that in an '80's song?
