Crossfit and Ketosis

Hello Everyone!
I could cover hundreds of pages of ground here based on a number of discussions related to Crossfit and nutrition, but I might as well start with what's happening now.
I started a ketogenic diet (less than 50g of carbs a day, moderate protein, high fat) in January and I've maintained my Crossfit regimen 3x a week with supplemental workouts at home (mostly rowing and deadlifts). Does anyone else out there do Crossfit and Keto?
I lost a bunch of weight when I started CF in 2010 by simply changing to Paleo food choices. Once I plateaued around the 50# mark (fat lost), I've tried a variety of options. While certain diets improved my gym performance it seems tougher to lose fat now that I'm within 60 lbs of my goal weight. So I figured I'd go all in and try keto for 6-12 months (depending on progress).
Let me know what you're up to...what your training and food choices are like, etc.
