Continuing on from last month...
As always, credit for the verbiage below goes to Dan
If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
Name: (if you'd like to share)
My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in. (I will weigh in on Mondays in February)
2/1/16= (Fill out after each weigh in.)
2/8/16=
2/15/16=
2/22/16=
2/29/16= (Final weigh in for the month.) (Yeah, one extra day to make goal!)

This month was a struggle, what with being sick and losing some focus and motivation while adjusting to increased job demands. With that said, 4 1/2 pounds is still a good loss, and the past two weeks were a real fight to get back on track!
The good news is that with my racing season starting up in March, I will be better focused on my training and goals.0 -
Way to go Mike! Well said for sure 4.6 pounds us a fantastic loss! Small losses often are the ones that will stay off so great job:)0
