Happy Friday everyone!
Sorry I haven't been on here the last few days. I have had a lot going on in my personal life and have just been hanging on tight trying not to forget my goals.
Today's goals are:
Stay in my calories and log it all
Get in my 10K steps and a workout
lots of water
Eat higher protein and lower carb
Stay clear of added sugars

Great day yesterday, and the scale was a little kinder than it's been lately, so I am feeling pleased. I have a non-student day, so I plan to walk around the track a few times for breaks from grading. : )
Today: pilates, walk, yoga, stay within calories, log everything, including wine consumed this evening.

TGIF and its my Friday off so even better. Had a good day yesterday, met all my goals.
And met my mini goal this week of dropping below the 120 mark!!

Try to get water in, as I never do well with that on my days off

Yesterday was a very good day, I feel like a ate a lot but it was all within my calories and the scale agreed this morning
Today is training day and it's the last workout from faze 1 of my program. It's also day 60 since I started my chin-ups program and based on my result so far, in another 60 days I should be able to string 5 chin-ups in a row: I can't wait I plan to have a good day and cover all the basics: nutrition, calories, water and good sleep.

Good morning!
I hit my workout and steps goals yesterday, but ended up going over my calories. I was still under maintenance and I did log everything, so that's ok.
Heading into the weekend feeling strong.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 12k steps

Happy, happy Friday!! Feeling good and really back on track today. I was home yesterday, which isn't typical, so I was able to plan dinners for the next week and actually grocery shop! I prepped some meals for lunches and really laid out my diary for today. Trying some new things, and hoping to see some good results. Whether it be pounds or inches gone!! :0)
Have a great weekend...get those workouts in, drink your water, and no cheating this weekend!! I know it's super bowl..but, it's not worth it...right?!0
