Welcome to the New and Improved 8 Week Walking Dead Fitness Challenge.
February 14th - April 10th.
This season's theme is:
Make Fitness a Habit.
1. Choose a Main Character from the Walking Dead to follow.
We're going to keep it simple and have only two character teams. All the male characters are on Team Daryl and all the females on Team Carol. So if you choose to follow Rick you are on Team Daryl etc.
Team Daryl:

2. Choose an activity (or activities)that you want to make a habit every day.
Such as:
Be more active everyday.
Log and weigh your meals everyday.
Start or maintain a weightlifting routine. Have a daily step goal.
Eat healthier.
Cook more meals at home.
Increase your protein.
Eat more fiber.
You may choose as many or as few healthy new (or old) habits as you like.
3. Go introduce yourself on your team's thread and tell them about your new healthy habit and your plans to stick with it.
Each team member will be expected to keep up their own habit. You get one point for you and your team for every day you stick to your habit. Each week begins on Monday and ends on Sunday night when the show airs.
In addition, each Monday, starting on February 15th, a Character Challenge will be posted that you can complete at some point throughout that week. For example, if you have chosen Daryl, there will be a challenge posted based on that Character (and on the prior night's show) that you have the option of completing. Successfully completing it will give you three bonus points that you can add to your weekly tally. Therefore, each week you have the ability to earn ten points.
4. On Sunday nights, post your weekly score on the Gore Card to see how you stacked up against everyone else and how well you are doing against the opposing team.
Scores will be officially tallied every Monday so please get your numbers in by the time the show airs on Sunday.
Winning team and the participants individual rankings will posted on Monday on the Winners (all participants, ranked by score) and Walkers (missing players) thread.
Overall winners will be announced at the end of the challenge. Individual wins will be based strictly on points, but team wins will be based on points AND member participation.
5. To leave or take a break from the challenge, simply message me for a pass so that your team will not be penalized.
