Well it's super bowl sunday which means work will be busy and i'm working with a bunch of cranky men as they have to work on the day of the game. I tell them every year our dept is simple come in early get the work done don't dilly dally and go home to the game. Why is it they feel the need to smuggle in radios and tv's and not do their work. I now log in with my password so they know every keystroke I do. Today's goals

exercise
stay clear of the sick husband
eat healthy

    My Sunday goals:

    *Have fun at the gym ..my son and hubby are joining my gym today :)
    *Watch those calories (especially when we go out for lunch)
    *Drink extra water to help flush out that sodium from eating out

    Yesterday worked out pretty good, accomplished everything on my list. Shark week started and I have tortilla chips in the house... Let's just say, the ending of the day was a little extra topped.
    Plans for today are to feel good, actually relax and cover all the basics.

    Today: 5K run done. The new challenge I entered includes Carb Cycling. Not sure how I feel about that but I am gonna do a reset on my weight and goals online and see what happens over the next 8 weeks. I found out my instructor is the exact weight I was thinking my final final life goal should be so I am on the mark there as we are the same height!

    Just relaxing for the rest of the day now, been full tilt and now I'm done.

    Today's goals:
    Strength training full body - done
    Groceries -done
    Baking - done
    Meal prep for the upcoming week - done
    Walk the dog
    Try to not totally blow my calories this evening
