Not too bad considering I was not permitted to do my normal exercising due to hip pain. Another 2.6# closer to my goal weight!

You both are doing really well! Tough acts to follow! I may only be losing what I am losing due to my caloric intake. I wish I could get motivated to exercise. I did stop at Walmart today to buy a couple of smaller belts though. from 50 to a 48/46 inch so I am definitely losing in girth too!0 -

I feel like I had a pretty decent week but I guess that TOM slowed down the loss. I have a 5k on Sunday and I'm scheduled with a PT 3 times next week. So hopefully next week will be better.
