Hello,
My name is Regina and I'm 41 years old and I am fed up with having an eating disorder ( been around 5-6 years now)!. Find it even hard to admit that I have one as I don't like to say it out loud. (I'm too old and too fat to have an ED???? )
I want to be free from binging, purging, guilt around food and being overweight and get my will to live life to the full back again.
Today is Day 1 and the goal is to complete the food diary and not purge!
I hope to meet positive, supportive individuals with a sense of humour who I can share the journey with!
Any tips, advise on getting through the first few days would be appreciated.
Thanks
Regina

Sorry I'm late! So how did the first day go??? What I learned is that if I allow myself to get too hungry binging is going to happen, so number on is to always have good stuff to eat with you and drink LOTS of water. That's my main suggestion. Check in and let us know how you did.0
