How do I figure out my carb/protein/fat breakdown?

Options
I am trying to eat a reduced or at least controlled carb diet. I have done pretty well so far coming up with meal ideas. I have a calorie goal of 1800 per day with a workout of 1 hour 3 days per week. I am seeing slow but acceptable weight loss. My question is, how do I figure out what my carb/protein/fat numbers should be? What do you guys use? I need to lose about 100lbs. Thanks!

I personally use this calculator. http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/

I follow a low carb/ketogenic style dietary plan. The energy and freedom from crazy food addictions and binges makes it worth anything I miss.... Personally, I'd recommend dropping carbs to 50 grams a day (per my endo's advice), and going up or down from there, based on how you feel.

Anything below 150 grams of carbs is medically considered low carb, though the casual threshold is 100 grams or less. Typically the standard American diet is 300 grams + daily...
