It's cold

It's really cold, even here down in the south....I feel like a slug....ok, I am going to do a little yoga to get me moving and then, if it goes above 33 I will head our for a walk/ jog....but it is 26 right now...and I know for you northerners 26 isn't so bad....but my blood has thinned since moving south!

It's cold here too! Brrrrr....it's so easy to just wanna curl up in a ball n not do a thing! Haha But, I have toddlers who drive me crazy if we don't do something, so we're going to the mall, so they can run and I can walk. Stay warm!
