My family wants fried - breaded - pork chops for dinner tonight.

    Generally speaking, almond flour doesn't work very well to fry stuff in. Use peanut flour, coconut flour, crushed pork rinds, or you can even dip stuff in egg and roll it in grated or shaker cheese and that works well too.

    TY... I do have coconut flour, just not my favorite.
