OK, omit the flour and use a LC thickener, and of course, no bread or pasta.
So, basically a philly cheesesteak, but with ground beef instead of thinly sliced ribeye.

This always makes me laugh a bit. Everyone outside of Philly puts green peppers in their recipe. You would be hard pressed to find actual green peppers on a cheesesteak in Philly. And no mozzarella!0

I know, it is funny to me too. Lived near Philly my whole life and have never once seen a green bell pepper on a cheesesteak.0
