Congratulations! Great work! 700g is close enough to a kilo, such a good feeling!0

Height: 5'3"
SW: 90kg
Last week: 66.7
CW: 67
GW: 60ish
Up 300g but that's alright. Had a big loss last week despite not eating particularly well. Been back on the wagon this week though so just have to keep on it. That's how it works!
Good job to the ladies still losing! Looking forward to seeing all your numbers on that note, I'm out for a run! Xx0 -
Thanks @evelynwhitelaw ! I think little gains like that aren't noteworthy. Water retention? Muscle gain? Could be anything!
I'm headed off interstate on Monday for a week. Looking forward to seeing my folks and siblings but also spending some time on my in-laws farm - not all the baked goods though that can be found there! It's going to be a tough week.0 -

Think of all that fresh air too you can have a bit of your favourites still, just maybe not the whole cake hahaha0 -

Awesome job guys! Think of this: that 500g as a whole tub of butter! Isn't that great?! Keep up the good work ladies!0

It's Saturday here.
Starting weight: 78.6
Current weight: 78.5
No progress as of yet, except I managed to gain and lose about 4 kilos in that time... I was 79.9 yesterday morning. Went back to exercise and salads yesterday and my body is clearly quite relieved. Well, back on the wagon now, still hoping to get to 60 kg!0 -
@kirili5 Good job on getting back on the wagon! You'll get there, keep at it!
I'll be weighing in tomorrow - mostly because I'm not near the scale tomorrow but also becasue Saturday and Sunday are usually the days I eat some crap and don't log accurately so I'm trying out Sunday weigh-ins to motivate me more at least on saturdays!0 -
Weight is still the same but I'm up to a 7 mile walk and have gotten rid of the granny fanny.0

100g down. Not really counting it as a loss but it is nice to see I haven't really gained. Lots of "noise" going on in my weight measurements at the moment - water retention, muscle gain etc so I've taken some tape measurements which will hopefully give a better indication of how I'm getting on. Since I last measured - early January - my waist is down 3cm, hips/tummy down 6cm and chest is down 3cm.
My NSV this week, I now have muscle definition forming under my collarbone and around my shoulders! YAY!0 -
Awesome NSV there girls!!! I gained a little whilst I was away (not much, I think I will be back to my pre-trip weight tomorrow) - it was all those cocktails and wine I drank when I caught up with my best friend but it doesn't happen often.0
-
Cocktails and wine with friends are worth it!
Last week: 78.5 kg
This week: 76.6 kg
Progress! I think it was my clever trick of not bingeing and gaining back the weight I lost. Water intake is up. Goal for next week is to get to gym more than once and to try to cut down on sugar.0 -
Weight is still holding but yesterday i hit the pool and actually did laps. Today I'm exhausted.0

1.2kg gain. Period time. Enough said!
Feeling back on track though after a wobbly week - socialising, chocolate and absolutely no desire to eat well. IT happens though and I'm hoping that this Saturday I'll see a little bit of the period weight disappear as quickly as it came on.

Tell me about it! It snowed here yesterday and I'd just started thinking I could crack out my spring coats. As the local Scots here say though ne'er cast a cloot til May be oot... translation: keep your warm clothes handy until June0 -
As I have no spring clothes as last year I made due as I was in the process I went out and bought some capris and a bathing suit. Came home and the next day there was a letter stating the pool would be closed this summer for maintenance and then we got snow. I feel doomed. LOL0
-
OH man! That's the worst haha. Fingers crossed this summer will be better!0

Last time I checked in here I was 175 on 2/13. Today I weighed in at 168.6. 99 days to go till my brothers wedding, and hoping I get in to the 150s by then! I picked up my bridesmaid dress today though and it was way too big! I was really excited about that but know by the time i have to get it altered a couple weeks before the wedding, it's going to be pricy! It's a good reason to have to pay a lot though!1
-
That's awesome progress! Good on you Glad to see all your hard work is paying off. 18lb in 99 days is totally doable. You got this girl!
I've got 10lb to lose in 65 days and I've really had to kick it up a notch. I've been leveled with a cold for the last two weeks so my exercise regime went out the window to allow myself to rest and get better. Been super strict on the diet side instead and I'm not gonna lie, it's a little painful. Just have to keep reminding myself that this isn't forever. In exciting news though, my dress fitting is on the 14th May and I'm looking forward to getting it taken in too! An expensive NSV1 -
Weekly weigh in! Down from 65.7 to 65 I've bloody earned it this week I tell you what.0
-
My weight is up this week but I had to take it easy as I had my hip put back into it's socket. So I did really low to basic and my body is use to every day so Im up 4 lbs. Hopefully this week I'll get it back down.0
-
Hi Ladies, you are all doing so well!!!!!
@allyheidi Awesome!!! Downsizing you - is a great reason to send money on dress alterations!
@evelynwhitelaw keep up the awesome work, you look great in your profile pic BTW!!!
@2020pinktogo take it easy don't want to do any further injury!
