Best gift ever hubby did the driveway so I am off to work

    Hubby did good today, no valentine candy. A mushy card and some money to treat myself to whatever. I have been doing good working out, but I have been making some bad food choices. My goal is to get back to good making better food choices. AND DRINK WATER!

    Happy Valentines Day!!!
    Yesterday was pitch perfect with a workout on top ;)
    I woke up this morning stiff and sore :) I was feeling a bit weak but when I jumped on the pull-up bar, I was able to do 3 chin-ups in a row... Not a bad start to the day :)
    Plans for today include the basics plus cooking a fancy dinner and making sure my husband and daughter eat most of the Valentine's Day treats :) I would also love a good yoga session to get my body ready for next week!
    Let's make this Sunday fabulous!!!!

    Happy Valentine's Day!! Everyone is on a roll and sounds like the spouses are on board!

    I treated my spouse to a weeekend get away B&B Spa and the room which had no heat so they upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi!! Win after a very stressful week and workout day!

    Today: High Carb Day but keep it in check. Time to have this body rest but I am fully recharged so I vacuumed the whole house and did my wood hauling routine for a nice fireside/work day! Water it up!

    Happy Valentine's Day! Don't let the sweets hit you too hard!!

    Today, woke up feeling good...sat on our stool to eat breakfast, turned, and my back spazzed out! So....fighting with bad back pain today. :0( I think I might have went to heavy on the back track yesterday in Pump...??? So, resting today and making sure my food is on point. I even took a 2 hour nap!! That never happens!

    Plans for the day:
    Try to get at least 9 cups of water in...consider it's 5 and I've only had 3
    Rest, rest, rest
    Stay within calories and try to hit those macros
    Stay inside and do school work! :0)

    Hello everyone. I was really excited when the challenge started and then I dropped off of the MFP boards for the past 5-6 weeks. I stopped logging my food too, which wasn't good. I've still been weighing myself, but I've just been fluctuating 1-2 lbs, not really losing or gaining weight.

    But I'm going to try to not be hard on myself and come back and start from now.

    Goals for today:
    1. Prepare food for the work week - I've been eating the food at work too much, which is not very healthy and has a lot of unknowns (amount of oil/butter/etc, bacon added to things, etc).
    2. Log my food for today - I'll be happy if I stay under calories, but for the next few days my main goal is just to get back into the habit of logging
