 Lost 31.2 lbs since my start. only lost .6 lbs this week...I am plateaued it seems; but at least still dropping weight.
 I do understand @itstime2016 and her comment. @curves2j is just knocking it out the park! I am humbled and impressed. My average daily caloric intake is a bit below 1300; as the weather gets a bit nicer here in Texas, I shall walk more and longer. Maybe that will help...
