Week of Feb 15 goals

This week I want to
1) take vitamins
2) stay in calories
3)3-4 runs
4)1-2 kettlebell/weight sessions
5)post daily goals
6) report my progress on daily goals

I like those. I'm going to try to report on daily goals too.
Mine are:
(1) No unplanned snacking
(2) Hit all my planned workouts
(3) Log every day and stay within calories
(4) Get 6 hours of sleep/night (went to bed early last night, but woke up at 3:30 am, so already one behind on this one)0 -
This week my goals are:
Walk w/DH 6-7 time this week
Get on the recumbent bike 5-6 times for 12 - 13 miles
Gym workout w/trainer and DDD then hit the gym two more times
On non-gym days workout to a DVD
Friday is usually my REST DAY0 -
My goals are to rest the sore muscles yet still exercise
eat healthy
drink lots of water
throw out or donate 3or4 things for lent. I feel like I'm falling behind on that

2. Sleep 7-8 hours each night
3. Avoid highly processed foods
4. Remember to drink extra water0 -

3. Drink lots of tea (less coffee)
4. Fewer sweets
5. Keep up with all my work/stop procrastinating
6. Go to brazilian jiu jitsu 3 times/week0 -

1) 70,000 steps
2) 30 day shred workout every day
3) alcohol only on Sat evening (keeping within calorie allowance)0 -

4. Increase water intake ( went back to diet coke after none for a year!)
5. Back to wholesome foods...Mac and cheese good after surgery but working on getting back to healthy foods0 -
@barbhat13 it must have been the week I haven't had a soda in I don't know when and I had a litre of diet pepsi. Why the litre well it was only a dollar and the 16oz was 1.89. It was a slippery slope and I went down like no tomorrow and it took a lot for me not to buy another the next day. Glad you're feeling better.0
