Today we are going to work on our stress relief. Writing is a good way to relieve stress and a good way to express it. So today we are going to use it to focus on something that is causing stress to us!

Today's Challenge:
Write for 5 minutes about 1 thing that's stressing you, so you can think about it more clearly.

Maybe you can find a way to work on it and a figure out new strategies to help cope with it or get rid of it forever!

    This is a great one, I agree! <3 Just getting back from a knee replacement so some of these I can't quite do yet but this is definitely one I can do!

    I can alter some others to work for me until I'm able to get back to the pool and weights as well.
