This stuff is amazing! I don't know if it can be heated, though.... if it can be, it would be awesome for so many recipes.

Anybody ever use it? I bought it at my local grocery store where regular pancake syrup is located.

Yep, I like it and use it. It's my favorite kind of low-carb pancake syrup. It does well for that but usually falls flat if you are trying to sub it in a recipe as a sugar-free "Maple" syrup because the pancake syrup flavor just isn't strong enough to convey much "maple syrup" flavor. And yes, it can be heated. Walden farms also carried and offers a blueberry pancake syrup and a strawberry pancake syrup as well.
