Charge hr not showing active minutes

This has never happened before. I went running this morning and wanted to let Fitbit give me calories back vs mfp. Fitbit shows my steps and heart rate for it but didn't give me any active minutes at all, so now I have no calorie credit! It's always reflected those minutes perfectly so I don't know what's up. Anyone have this happen, and did it eventually catch up?

The active minutes display on your Fitbit dashboard doesn't affect your calorie computation that is sent to MFP to adjust your calories. Active minutes is kind of like the floors count - it is more of a motivational metric than something that affects your calorie burn calculation. Still, if you were active for more than 10 minutes, then it should give you credit for that. If it didn't, then that would be a Fitbit problem. I've never had active minutes display on my Charge HR itself, only on my dashboard.

Not getting calorie credit in MFP for your activity is more likely an MFP problem but probably requires more information to track it down. However, there is a bug that has affected quite a few people here recently that I'm not sure has been fixed, and you can check for that first. You need to check your steps source. On the MFP website, go to the Apps page, then click on Steps at the top. It will say "Choose a Step Tracking Device" and "Fitbit Tracker" should be selected. If it isn't, select it. If it is, just to be safe, select "Don't track steps" and then re-select "Fitbit Tracker". In the MFP app, you can do the same thing by selecting Steps (on the menu on Android, I've heard it is under "More" on the iPhone).

If that doesn't fix your calorie credit problem, then further information will be necessary. You'll want to look on your MFP exercise page and make sure you have a Fitbit Calorie Adjustment line. If you don't, your accounts aren't properly connected or aren't syncing. If you do, then the information found by clicking the little 'i' next to it is important. (The same information is found in the App in the Diary.)
