Morning, Everyone! Yesterday we worked out our legs and core. Today we are gonna relax and stretch those tired muscles!

Today's challenge: Put 1 foot on the seat of a chair without wheels and push your hips forward for a count of 20. Repeat as you can.

Stretching is a great way to loosen tight muscles but also helps them cool down. That way you are less likely to hurt yourself at the end of a workout!
