Happy Friday everyone. I know for some the weekends can be a challenge, just remember you are not alone, this group is here if you need to reach out and talk to someone when you start to get the urge to binge. So do not think you are ever truly alone. Even though we may be states away, we can still help and support each other. Everyone have a great weekend.
What are your weekend plans? In Illinois the weather is going to break 55 degrees so that means BEACH DAY!!!! No I am kidding I hate the cold, but maybe taking my dog for a walk, playing in the yard with my kids, plus we have a birthday party Saturday afternoon.

My plan for today got all messed up. The weather was forecastvto be sunny & 65. Instead it was rainy & 65:-(
I still managed a brisk 35 minute walk, but it wasn't the two hour hike I had envisioned.
Been binge-free for five consecutive days now. I feel all "in control" again.0
