Good Morning. 2020pinktogo - Glad that you have discovered the problem before it was a disaster. Very scary. Hope you feel better!

Yesterday - completed all my body movement plans - tough eating night but I pulled through.
Today - Feeling bloated - so back to the 1 gallon - 5 done - 11 to go!
    Tibatta done
Walk the mall with my daughter.
No deficit today on calories. Just eat when I am hungry and a little birthday cake planned tonight for a friend.

    Enjoy your day!

    Good morning everyone!!!
Yesterday.... I made myself so proud!!! The day was less than stellar, extra activities piled up really quick, my weight was way up, and when I started doing my chin-ups I couldn't do 3 at once: I was bummed and started doubting everything. Regardless, I hurried as much as I could, I did my training as best as I could and took 5 minutes to enjoy a coffee in peace. During those 5 minutes, I realized that fat loss and strength gains aren't linear and that we won't always have perfect days when things go our way. I decided it's ok to be less strong for one day. I left my ego to the side and decided it was time to "put my head down and do work", even if that means that I will do single chin-ups for the rest of the day until I hit my target. The moment I allowed myself that peace and self understanding, I started feeling amazing. I was able to complete a set of 3 chin-ups in a row :) , I ate great through the day and had a lot of water. Doing the right things when it's convenient means nothing, doing the right things when it's hard and inconvenient means everything and builds ones character.
Plans for today are all basic since it's a rest day but I would love to celebrate the warm sunny day with a hike :)
    Let's have a fabulous Saturday!!!!

Dana you are so right, great words for all of us.

I'm now vegging after skiing today. My adult son is crashed out, he can't keep up to his ole mom. Lol
I wanted to go skating tonight but he's asleep. But we had a good day on the slopes and he pushed me to do trails I didn't think I could do, but I did. I just really need to stop doubting myself and do it sometimes. I even did a black diamond trail!! Yay me. Scared stiff in some spots and thought I cant do this, I'm trapped here but I talked myself down and got through the tough spots.

My nutrition was crap but that's ok, it's a weekend away. Reality will come soon enough when we get home. I am just so happy to spend this weekend away with my kid. It's heartwarming that at 26 he still likes to go places and do stuff with me.

    Have a great evening everyone.

Saturday was a good day. Calories and water where they should be. And I got some exercise in. I am hoping that will be a game changer for me. My knees hurt a bit and I was wondering if anyone had any supplement recommendations. There are just so many out there it's hard to know what to chose. The plan for Sunday
Finish meal plan, food prep and pre logging for next week
    Yoga class
    Water
    Allotment
Don't eat all the calories spent on the allotment
    Character sheet for Friday's game
And tidy the bedroom as my inner teenager has been at it again.
And seriously don't eat all the calories from the allotment. Half of you have to but healthy choices please.
    Have a peaceful Sunday everyone.
