I am pretty happy with my goals from yesterday
I stayed in calories,did kettlebell workout, ran 6 miles, talked to the cake person and went about 4000 over my step goal and got in all my water. I didn't get my shopping done but i will do that today.

Today my goals are
1) 10-12 glasses of water
2) stay in calories
3) help a friend move
4) get my shopping done
5)hit my 13000 steps

    Walked w/DH and Bean 5.02 miles in 131 mins (7.13 total miles for 15,545 steps) then got on the bike for 12.50 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Covert Affairs then shopped and now I'm going to read!

    Stayed within my calorie allotment and logged it!

    1. Log daily
    2. Sleep 7-8 hours each night
    3. Avoid highly processed foods
    4. Be active
    5. Prepare most of our meals at home

    Had a quiet day. Logged my food, slept 8 hours, avoided processed foods and prepared my meals at home. I seriously enjoyed doing very little activity today. Guess I'm 4 of 5 today.
