I met my goals today

I stayed within my calories, actually after I logged in the calories burned from working out at the gym I am way below my caloric intake. However, if you subtract my exercising, I stayed within my 1200 calories for today. I have logged in my eating and exercising. I like doing this. It really helps me to stay on track and stay focused. I already have a routine where I log everything I am going to eat for the day, not long after I get up every morning. This way i do not get busy and forget. It also gives me a meal plan for every meal and snacks that I plan to eat. Very helpful for me :)

    June 2 I met all my goals today also. Going to make this a habit :)

    People depend on me to log in so that's not an option, I also stay within my goal with Cals to spare! I knew I was ok when I went to PF CHANG'S and the Manager was treating my family to dessert, well I ordered a bowl of berries while they ate cheesecake!
