2/21/16: 257.4 lbs. (-32.6 lbs. total to date) [-1.4 lbs. for the week…] :-|
Better than last week, but still not good enough. I am averaging less than 1300 calories/day. Had to go buy new pants this week as I have lost 4 inches+ from my waist! Another 2 inches and I'll be able to buy 'off the rack'! Hahahahahahahahaha! I'm still a long way from my goal of 180 lbs. I am on day 146 of this journey. 77.4# to go...
You guys are helping me, just by being there and reporting in with your progress...it is good to know and reassuring. Thank you all very much. Have a great week!!

Goal for February 170 lbs.
Tough week- did everything on point but the scale just wouldn't reflect my efforts.
sooooooo....I went ahead and gave myself 48 hours of maintenance eating calorie count. Now mind you this moved the scale in the wrong direction but let's see if it gets that ticker moving again in the right direction by next weigh-in.
Feeling exhausted and unmotivated and don't know why- I need to push through this wall!!

I worked really hard this week so I increased my calories a bit. I don't want to work that hard next week...lol. Don't want to end up over doing it and hurting myself. My goal for March is to lose 8lbs. You guys are doing great! We are going after our Summer bodies!
