Hi Everyone ;-)
I am sooo happy I got my Fitbit Flex via post. I saved up for it . its all set up and ready to go.
I have never been good at weight loss and have zero Motivation for myself So I need all the help
I can get .
Maybe if we become Friends we can help each other. ALL Friends Welcome.

    I love my Flex! Every day when it vibrates & flashes to tell me I've hit my 10K steps I have to take a second to pause and appreciate I've hit my daily goal.
