Who has already tried calorie cycling?

Hey everyone! I've been doing MFP for about 50 days, it wasn't til I started calorie cycling, that I really started to see the scale move!

    I have just started calorie cycling as I want to ensure my body doesn't store body fat because my calorie counts are too low. I'm not at the point of tracking macros and such ... yet as I start tracking daily consistently I'll start paying more attention to things like carbs/fat but for now its mostly calorie counts and trying to get more whole foods for those calories.

    Hi! I am a beginner but after two hip replacements i decided to move to cycling for weight loss. Doc says i cant run anymore. So walking, cycling, and swimming are-my new things!
