Ugh! How to Fix SL App

I upgraded to a new phone on the weekend and I chose to not have all my stuff copied over. Well, I forgot about the SL app, and it has now reset everything back to like I'm just starting out again. I would be 10 weeks into the program I believe. (yes, I never backed up anything or linked it to anything, cause I just don't do that).
So, I am also on my 3 day of recovery from my back being out of wack and getting adjusted (thank goodness no longer in pain!)
I don't know how to change the weight amounts (and can't see if you can at all in the app), does anyone know? Or, maybe I should just start over again (which would be bleh) but the weight increases so quickly, it wouldn't bother me that much other than having to get rid of my big boy plates
I really like the app and want to continue using it, not sure what to do. I really want to just change the numbers, but I can't figure it out ....Monday mornings, so complicated before my second coffee!!

When you start a workout you can just tap on the weight for the exercise you want to change and it will take you to another screen where you can adjust the weight and number of sets/reps.0
