so my goals last week lets see. I did check in daily both with my goals and a report on those goals. I didn't stay clear of sweets all week like I wanted. I did get my runs and kettlebell workouts in. I stayed in calories most days. only took my vitamins 2-3 times .

So this week is pretty much going to be the same as last week. I will have more detailed day to day. But this week i want to
1)3-4 runs
2)1-2 kettlebell/weight workout
3) take my vitamins
4) post my daily goals
5) report my progress everyday
6) stay in my calories

My marathon is on Sunday, so my focus is just to log as well as possible, taper (while getting in my planned workouts), and to try to sleep well and fuel appropriately!

I achieved last week's exercise and eating goals and lost 2lbs.
On the move a lot this week so routine is going to be difficult but you can walk and eat healthily anywhere so:
    1) 10,000 steps every day
    2) drink more than 1 litre of water every day
    3) no cheese
    4) keep within my calorie allowance every day

So far this week - I have not completed my logging for the past 3 days. I had at least 3 nights that I did not get enough sleep. I have had some processed foods (though not much) and I have definitely not lost the weight that I had hoped to lose. Today, I am going to focus on completing some things that I need to do at home and work to get this next week back to the routine that works for me. Purposeful planning! :o

Terrible recreational snacking ( while reading) but decreased diet cola intake and increased water.... Gained a few pounds back but getting back on track.... Still a little discomfort from surgery but feel so much better.... Energy is coming back
