Yeah I did lose a lbs. So far I've gained a lbs this challenge but at least I'm not gaining a ton of weight back. I'm still exercising about 4 hours a week cardio, yoga, and weightlifting. I think I was eating to little and my metoblism stopped so I increased my calories to see if it helps. I hope to lose 4 or 5 pounds for the rest of the challenge.0 -
