Hi, ive been off the SL programme for almost a month- had a chest infection I just couldn't shake! Murder!
Im going to get back to it this week! Thank goodness,going stir crazy!
Should I start on my 'next workout' weight and let the programme de load me as I fail, or should I just take say 10% off all lifts and start from there?

I am pretty sure the app will recommend a deload for you if it has been more than a week since your last workout. It will give you the deloaded weights.0

The app will suggest a deload. Being out for a month, I would take the deload option.0
