Day 1 almost over

Wouldn't you know, a co-worker would drop off dunkin donuts on day 1.... Couldn't they have brought them last week? I did cave and had 1... However, per MFP, I still have a 70 calorie buffer after dinner today. Lunch was just chicken breast, brown rice and some fruits throughout the day. Dinner was lamb and brown rice.

Ooh, I love donuts! I probably wouldn't have been able to resist, either. Baby Face says they have giant donuts at the Salvadoran bakery near our AO. Guess I'll have to wait a few weeks to verify.
I came in under my calorie count yesterday with no cheats . . . weighed in 3 pounds heavier this morning! New scale, different weigh-in time, scale on carpet vs floor . . . one of these must be the culprit.
