High Mileage Challenge
Who can put in the most miles this week?
Any exercise that can be measured in distance counts. Walking, steps, stationary bike, treadmill, running, elliptical...whatever else you can think of. When you complete an activity, post here with the daily mileage and your running total. Let's give each other a bit more competition by keeping track as we go. Sunday's activities count for the week as well.
Those who are biking will compete with each other for distance, since it's much easier to get higher mileage on a bike versus on foot. Please keep your biking miles separate. All other activities can be added together.
