Good Morning!
Yesterday- hit all goals except water. A gallon is tough but almost made it.
Today - up for sole sister 5K run, WOD, 70 situps and HIIT later. Going for the gallon.
Make it count!

Good morning!
Hit my goals yesterday! Trying to stay consistent amidst the chaos that is house buying. Still have 3.5 weeks until we close!
So on my new mindset, I've decided to go back to TDEE method instead of NEAT + fitbit. I had success with TDEE in the past and feel I have a better grip over time on how to adjust my calories up or down based on it. So I'm starting off with 1800 calories a day and going to see how that goes.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 12k steps
3. 2.5 mile run0 -
electrician is here again this time he got here early I had to sneak off and exercise so I could eat breakfast as that's the new rule exercise before anything else. Thank goodness I was just about to workout and was already dressed. LOL John the electrician said Knew you were up when I went to the shop passed your house and saw the light on so we came here first.

late night for work so hopefully the guys will be out early so I can get something accomplished before I have to go.0 -
Yesterday, went well with the trainer. Boy, I think the cost of one is out of my budget,
on the bright side, I got introduction to some new machines.
Today's goal:
1. Run / Walk
2. Elliptical
3. Weights and machine time upper body.
4. No late night sacking
5. Make plans to spend Friday with grand babies0 -

Yesterday was as nice as a rest day can beI'm so guilty of snacking after I closed my diary
but I feel so good and happy that it really doesn't bother me. I'm not on vacation but it feels like it
I guess I'm just waiting patiently for my appetite to adjust to my new activity level.
Plan for today is to cover my basics, focus on getting my nutrients in and watch my appetite.

So tired today. No swim. No yoga. Not even choir. But lots of water so far and an early night should sort me out. So far I have stuck to the meal plan and not eaten the exercise calories but that may not last.0

Lost another half a pound without working out. My hip hurts still from the marathon so I haven't been able to run or exercise but I've just been eating healthy so still making progress. Not sure if I will beat my 100 day challenge but I'll see how far I can get (I set a pretty tough goal of 18lbs). My birthday is at the end of next month so I'll see if I can get to "healthy" weight by then, I'm only 6lbs away right now. That would be a great birthday gift to myself.0
