Made with cream cheese instead of full cream with salted Carmel sauce.

    OK, now you have my interest..... "Salted Caramel" always gets my attention.

    I love Carmel down fall of mine so if I can make a salted Carmel that is semi solid and combine with 83% cocoa to make a reisen like candy I'm in business. See I am a baker in a big way of traditional sweets so I am constantly looking for good low carb recipes

    I did a very similar version of this (minus the sweetener) frozen as ice cream. It tasted like cheesecake, and was awesome! I bet this would be great!
