Walked w/DH and Bean early this morning for 5.0 miles in 115 mins (6.94 total miles for 15,125 steps) WOW!! Same as yesterday!! Then got on the recumbent for 12.80 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then played w/some weights to a 40 minute DVD then...uummmm....nothing!!
It was a beautiful, sunny day here in California! 
Stayed within my calorie allotment and tracked it all.

Sounds great!!
23rd wasn't the best, hit my 10k and didn't eat toooo badly, but it was over 39C/100F so I had to skip Taekwondo due to no air-conditioning. I may or may not have had a couple beers. But all in all, I'm still on track.0 -
Not the best day. I went over my calories. I did do my ab work though. Haven't made it to the gym this week since I've been ill.0
